Paid around 600.00 for replacement of an axle, seal and bearings. Seven months later the seal was dumping oil. Took back in after a phone call, and was told by the owners wife I didn’t need to be rude. When the job was done, I was informed that it was going to cost me 126.00 for labor. They never once mentioned the fact that I would have to pay labor costs, they only said it was a warranty repair. I had to call to find out if my vehicle was repaired, as it had been there all day long, and was scheduled a week in advance. When I arrived to pay, I questioned the amount, yet I paid it. I found out later from a friend that listens to police scanners, that the owners wife had called the police for a possible standby?!? Not a good way to do business, or to retain customers. You have certainly lost my business, and I would never recommend this shop to anyone, they are dishonest and they do not stand by their work.
