I was contacted by Brad from MyFlorist and he apologized profusely for my experience and offered to have them replaced and sent on a day and place of my choosing, free of charge. I agreed and asked that the flowers be sent to my mom and she just received them. These look STUNNING! Keep in mind this was the exact same order of flowers – the pretty in purple – and they were fresh, vibrant and really stunning to look at. Thank you so much My Florist for going the extra mile to fix a problem. Not many places today are so customer service oriented, and because they did such an amazing job, there is no other place I will shop in the DMV for flowers!

Our office got a sample arrangement that was beautiful and lasted a long time. So I tried them out — ordered an orchid/​rose arrangement that was very pretty, unique and elegant in the picture. The arrangement arrived on time and it was as gorgeous in actuality as it was in the picture. Well above the quality of the arrangements you can get from other florists.

Decent flower quality for the price you pay. The reason im giving 2 star is because they forgot the note, which ruined the whole thing. Would’ve given 1 star but im impressed they were able to deliver the flowers properly.

MyFlorist made it so simple for me to order a Thanksgiving table piece two weeks early for a friend who had recently lost her son, since I was headed out of the country. I completed the transaction solely online and selected the day that I wanted it delivered (i.e. the Tuesday before the holiday). They sent me a confirmation email once it was delivered and an electronic receipt once I ordered it.
I chose MyFlorist because it was close to where my friend lived. The flowers that MyFlorist delivered were GORGEOUS and I selected the smallest of the three options provided for that specific piece (and was still very impressed with the size and quality). I was very happy with the pics my friend sent me of the flowers and the ease of ordering/​purchasing on

My only «concern» was the $ 15 delivery fee, which definitely affected me NOT selecting a larger piece for purchase. But as I noted above, I was happy with the «smallest» that I ordered.
I am very happy with MyFlorist and would definitely use them again! You should too!

MyFlorist is simply the best! I wanted to order roses for my marriage proposal, and MyFlorist couldn’t have been better to work with. The roses were all gorgeous, and MyFlorist’s service was impeccable. Iris was so easy to work with to place a complicated order. On delivery day, they knew I was setting up a surprise with a tight timeline, so they called me three times to give me increasingly precise delivery times. The driver even brought extra loose roses in case any of the roses broke during transit. I won’t order flowers from anywhere else.

My Florist was amazing! I had an intimate wedding, and the flowers I ordered weren’t ready on time so I stopped by My Florist on Friday afternoon. I explained that I needed a small bouquet by Saturday morning, and they made it right there on the spot! All of the ladies at the shop were very friendly and super helpful.

LOVED these flowers! In the morning, I impulsively decided to send same-​day birthday flowers. I had not used this florist before, but read a few reviews, and decided to go ahead. With just a few clicks on the computer, the flowers were delivered early afternoon. The flowers were GORGEOUS, and the arrangement was like an explosion of color. A top flight experience from start to finish.
I called MyFlorist cold, after finding them on Google Maps, to have flowers delivered to my wife’s office in McLean. I didn’t really have a plan, or know exactly what I wanted, but they made the whole process simple. The gentleman I spoke with worked easily within my budget and, after asking me some insightful questions, crafted an arrangement that blew my wife away. It was delivered exactly when they said it would be, at exactly the price we agreed on, and my wife called shortly thereafter to tell me how lovely the whole thing looked. She said it wasn’t just the «same old thing,» and that it looked «modern and fresh and beautiful from every angle.»
MyFlorist made me look like a hero, and I can’t ask for much more from a florist than that. Thank you.

This florist should have hundreds of five star ratings due to the quality of their arrangements. I was introduced to this florist by my boyfriend who got me flowers for our monthly anniversaries. The arrangements looked more extravagant than many I had seen before.
Prior to finding this little gem, I’ve had the worst experiences with arrangements looking completely different from the photos that were advertised on the company websites. This place is now my safe haven for all my floral needs!

A few weeks ago I bought a bouquet of flowers for my bestie who’d just had a baby. I had a specific idea for the kind of flowers, colors and overall look of the arrangement. As I picked up my flowers BOY DID THEY DELIVER! It was just perfect. They listened to what i said and brought it to life. But the 5 stars are not just because I was impressed, but because as I walked into my friend’s hospital room, jaws dropped. People walked away from the baby to touch the flowers to make sure they were real lol (I had to giggle at that) and I can understand why. The other «arrangements» I saw scattered around the room looked pretty much like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers and shoved them into a vase. So, Myflorist, thank you for the beautiful flowers (I have to be honest, I wanted to keep them for myself) and most of all making me look good. I suspect the were partly the reason I am going to be the godmommy ;).
