We visited the Tyson’s location, the older sales lady with red hair and dark eyeliner not only looks scary but had totally bad attitude. She was arrogant and rude, treated us with total disrespect. Although we liked several pieces in the store that we wanted to purchases, we decided to walkaway. Because of this kind of terrible customer service, we will never return to this store and broadcast to all my network about my experience. With this type of business approach this company is unlikely to stick around too long.

We have several pieces of furniture from MGBW. They are all nicely designed with clean modern lines. Some pieces are more well constructed than others. Despite being told they manufacture their furniture in North Carolina, it turns only their upholstered furniture is made in the USA.
We purchased a small cabinet from them which was out of stock but we were willing to wait a month or so for the new stock to arrive. Also by the way, they have increased their shipping fee. Imagine my surprise and horror when I saw that on the side of the box which finally arrived, «Imported by MGBW, manufactured in Dongguan China»
They did not disclose the fact that their cabinets are made in China when we purchased it this time. We have patronized their store more than once and they clearly knew us, even being greeted by our names the last few times we visited. This was very disappointing. When I called both the store and corporate, the response was very muted. They were apologetic but otherwise fairly aloof. They did not offer any partial refund or to waive the refund and shipping fee if returned. These are not cheap pieces of furniture and I would think a place would value our business but obviously not. Time to go back to Calligaris.

We had the best experience here. From the moment we walked in until nearly 2 hours later, we were provided top notch customer service. Not only were we given great service regarding the product line, but also great design ideas. We left with a dining table, sectional, rugs, cushions and an awesome console. Thank you MGBW for helping us furnish our new house with style! :)

After moving into my home I was in desperate need of furniture.
I visited this showroom and the selection is beautiful and just what I wanted to have in my home. The staff is talented and very helpful with their design assistance.
As a result I ended up with just the perfect items both in quality and appearance.
In addition the delivery service is top notch and very professional.
All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be letting my friends know about this wonderful place!

If zero stars were a possibility, I would give them zero stars. I am amazed that such a store is a part of Tysons galleria. We purchased a lot of furniture from them. We were told by the salesperson that if we used a designer, we could not use our credit card to pay for the furniture. Therefore, we decided not to register our designer. The store in DC told us that this was not the case. We had already paid for the furniture. I went back to the store today and was told that we were never advised of this. The salesperson completely lied to me. I asked to speak to the manager and the sales manager told me and my friend that if we register our designer, he would retroactively amend our bill. We spent an hour emailing him the completed form and when we went back to him, he too lied and said that he would have to speak to the store manager and see if it is feasible to amend the bill. THE STORE IS FILLED WITH LIARS. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR SALESPERSON.

Eg wood is pressed with a cheap veneer; carpets are polyester. High priced furniture that will wear quickly

New to the Galleria Mall, but long popular with shoppers in San Francisco this showroom features contemporary decorator items and furnishings. I saw brass studs as sofa accents, side chairs constructed with straight lines rather than curves, and oversized geometric print accent pillows. It was nice to see another furniture store open in the mall.
The salesperson here was pleasant and told me about their decorator service. My overall impression was that this location concentrates on contemporary upholstered pieces in neutral soothing colors. Now that there are so many new condos in the neighborhood, this would be a handy place to check out, but it is pricey. I left with a couple accent pillows that were on sale.
