My family have been iTalkBB’s customer for 8years, I’ve joined them about 2 years ago. The provide great phone and TV system. It is world wide network, and it can also link to your cell phone to make international phone calls directly with your cell phone. I love their service!

I’ve been using this company for about 8 years and have never really had a problem. Only very minor issues including the service being down for a couple hours one day and having to reboot the phone modem maybe once a year. Considering technology, this is pretty rock solid service. Calls are clear and being able to call and receive calls from China works well.

terrible company! In the beginning of time, because the set top box can’t use, so I returned STB then got the new one. I’ve returned my box and everything, but after 3 years when I want to cancel my account, they told me they didn’t received my package that I returned before. They want me to show them the tracking information which was 3 years ago. They told me they will charge me $ 69.99 if I can not show them the information. I just wondering who will keep their three years ago’s receipt? If they still tell me this is necessary processes and here is nothing they can do, the only way I can deal with this problem is tell bank my card is lost and I will contact my lawyer to solve the rest of the things. This company just want to extort your money in various way. They have a lot of reasons to cheat. If you want to have a comfortable experience for your house TV and telephone use, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TOTALLY FRAUD.

I decided to sign up italkbb Chinese service because i want my kids to learn Chinese while watching TV. I have been using tv service for more than five years. It has lots Chinese channels and always has new cartoon shows. Now, my kids’ Chinese have been improved.

My parents love their service. We use the service for more than a year. The reason I signed up for the service is because my parents moved to the US. The telephone service is great and the long distance fee is not expensive. They are happy to be able to talk to relatives in China wherever they want without having to worry about the long distance fee.

Should not even get one star, would give minus stars if I could.
This company should not even be around, they are dishonest and tricky. I would have to agree with the comments from Tina T. and Witty C.
The company is very dishonest and has poor customer service. They seem to take advantage of Asian people to offer free stuff to them and then make it difficult to cancel and threaten them with fees. If you have dealers at an expo you should train them to be up front of all the penalties and fees, and not tell them every thing is free and of no cost/​obligation. Don’t point the blame to customers. There are other companies out there that offer better service and disclose their fees up front. This company probably won’t be in business for long if they continue to have poor customer service.

I signed up for a trial since I have some relatives visiting from China. I decided to cancel after about 1 month, and they want to charge me $ 99 for cancel. They never mentioned the cancellation fee. It is crazy.

My family and I was iTalkBB’s customer for over three years. Recently, we decide to move to another country. So we can’t keep the service. It is much easier than I expected to cancel the service. Just call the customer service and they would asked several questions and that’s it.
Overall, the experience with iTalkBB is excellent. I strongly recommend it!

My family has been a loyal customer of iTalkBB since the beginning. My dad works overseas for long periods of time and iTalkBB made it easy for my mom and I to get in touch with him and let him be a part of my childhood as much as possible when he wasn’t able to physically be with us.
Their TV services have also provided a way of family bonding and gives my parents a taste of their hometown and allows them to be in the loop with their friends and family in China as well as American Chinese who are stateside and also follow iTalk TV programs.

I am giving it a one star. Actually I want to give it no star. Phone ring at 9 pm last night. 9 PM! I do not answer call I do not know. Is it they are calling me due to my last name is Chinese? I use to get calls for long distance service companies from China. I request info to be mail to me. We don’t do that. Well I don’t deal with companies that can not fill my request. I do not speak the language. I can curse in Chinese. So, I guess the next time I may pick up the phone and give them hell. Do not call. I will now report it to DNC. Reading on support on other review, you get someone in China. No way and not giving my CC info to someone over seas.

Very good quality of their product. It’s convenient for me to call my friends in China.

I have been their Customer Since 2007, they are not only save my International Long distance Bill but also give me good Chinese TV Service as well. good customer service ²⁴⁄₇ in Chineese. can’t find anyone else.

Just got a new service from them 2 month ago, excellent customer service, and product! so far so good!

Disclaimer… Only tried this for two weeks for both cable and telephone.
Overall the phone was not bad. There is a bit of a delay in getting a call through.2−3 seconds but didn’t have to much problem with making calls in general.
Television was pretty good but primarily mandarin.
Main purpose of getting this was to get some Chinese content for my mom but she didn’t like it because there wasn’t enough Cantonese content.
For the price it was pretty good if you are a mandarin speaker.
Return the product to Yaohan centre with no problem and the ladies were very friendly.
The one annoying thing was that I got a call afterwards from an 1 – 877 number asking for additional confirmation. They left a voicemail and I called back in case they were going to use this as an excuse to not give me a refund. The lady on the phone was friendly but I was pretty annoyed as they were asking for personal information which I don’t like giving over the phone. The fact that I personally returned it to an official ITalkBB store should be sufficient and not warrant an additional call. Hopefully they don’t end up selling my personal information and I end up getting tons of junk advertising.
If I did’t get this additional call I would have given them 4*.

They are liars!!! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM!
If I can give a zero star I WOULD!!! It is not even worth a one star.
They were doing promotions in the 2015 Chinese New Years festival on 2÷17÷2015 held in the Monterey Park and I raffled out a price of one month of «free» service trial for their international calling. They took down my contact information and also my credit card information. They told me that I will get one month of free service and that there are absolutely no activation fees or service fees. I gave them a call and I spoke with their representatives, but after a long questioning, they finally told me that there is a 500 minutes limit, which they did not tell me in the beginning. I noticed that they are hiding many important information that can put charges on me and feel that they are liars, so i told them in this phone call that I don’t not want to try it and that I would like to return the service box. I have not open the box nor connected at all. They told me that the return service department will give me a call to cancel my account, but they don’t know when. I requested for the phone number, but they don’t want to give it to me, so all I can do is wait. They called back eventually and they told me that my account is canceled and I will not have any charges to my credit card. I then return the phone box to one of their store locations in San Gabriel in the 99 Ranch Supermarket plaza. I got my credit bill two days after canceling the account, and it states that ITalk BB charged me $ 29 on 2÷18÷2015!!! This is unacceptable business behaviors!!!
I feel like I was scammed!!! I am very unhappy and angry with this behavior!!! Their customer service is bad and unprofessional because I was told by one of their employees when they gave me the phone box that if I an unsatisfied with the phone service that I can simply bring it back to one of their store locations. When I called them they told me that I have to mail it back to their corporate office in Virginia. First I was told the wrong information from their «professional» employees, then they charged my credit card for service that I did not receive, and this is definitely business scam for charging my credit card a day after I «won» a trial service. This is a call to all the customers out there NOT to fall into their trap and I really don’t recommend ITalk BB!!!

extremely poor customer service. It is all rainbows and leprechauns until you are trying to port your phone number over to another company and cancel your service with them. O yea and they hang up on you all the time!!!

If there is a choice of zero star for iTalkBB, I would select that.
This company is tricky and dishonest.
I ported out my telephone service from iTalkBB to Comcast since February of 2014. In June, I found out by surprise that iTalkBB is still charging me monthly fees to my credit card. I have auto payment of my credit card, and have not paid attention to smaller charges. It is part my fault not checking every charge on my credit card statement.
I called up iTalkBB to have the previous months’ charge reversed.
iTalkBB refused to do so, and only agreed to stop charging me going forward.
They were able to tell me on their record WHEN in Feb was the date I transferred the service out. Furthermore, iTalkBB called me periodically asking back to be their customer.
This is a tricky and dishonest company.
After the customer caught their mistakes, they not only did not admit the mistakes, but also refused to return the money to the customer.
Stay away from company that has no moral.
There are plenty of choices out there.
