They served me under cooked chicken and when I asked for my money back the lady working there snatched the food from me threw half of it away and said I ate the half she threw away STAYAWAY. They are rude and do not cool there food all the way.

Disgusting. Rice was hard and tasteless. Chicken broccoli was tasteless too. Meal was almost $ 8 for just rice & chicken. No drink. No worth the money. I don’t recommend this place.

This place uses so much oil to cook their food. The General Tsos chicken was drenched in oil. If you squeeze the chicken between your hand you get a heap load of oil drip from it. It made me sick. The beans and broccoli also were drenched in oil. The chicken they use for their food is very low quality chicken. Its mainly dark meat and not lean at all. The chicken had a fishy taste to it. Will not be going back even if they offer me food for free. Epic fail. They put chinese food to shame.

Me and my brother wanted a quick bit before the movie. I was happy they taken the steak sub place out of business. So I when to Charlies Chiang’s. So yes this is a Chinese American food restaurant. They have some that good. But here my review. I order the Hot and Sour soup. Yes little hot. Sour not. Only the really good place can make them.‘ Pick two combo… General Tsos Chicken… It was all most ok. But not over cooked. Little to sweet. Not to hot. Crispy Sesame Chicken. Over sweet but not over cooked. I just what something deferents. So I wanted my Chinese food eat on. It pull it off. I wood not go out of my way.

Man, not tasty at all. Had a combo fried rice. It had generous portion; however, the meat and chicken were not of high quality. Moreover, the shrimps were too small and the rice was too sticky(too much moisture), fried with too much soy sauce. Lastly, the place displayed a photo of three spring rolls in one dish, but actually sell them by the pieces; one pierce for $ 2.15 was on the expensive, especially when it didn’t taste good. Sorry, this is not my kind of eatery.

Decent mall Chinese food. Nothing special but nothing awful. The general and sesame seed chicken are my usual picks. The prices are usually 8 – 10 bucks for a meal and a drink. Service is quick and the have chile oil not siracha. I go here because it’s close to my work and quicker then Panda Express.

Wish I had read the reviews first. This is pretty much the worst mall Chinese food I’ve had yet. I gave it two stars because the General Tso’s chicken was OK. The noodles are bland and slimy. The veggies are super greasy. Skip it.

Just horrible! A white box with 90% grease, %10 frozen food. Just horrible! I asked for a free sample and didn’t realize he had to find a good piece in order to convince me to buy. Word of advise! DON’T TRUSTTHEFREESAMPLES!!! The food is pure S@#%!!! Chunks of breaded greese and soggy! And this is coming from someone who isn’t picky either. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star or even 4 star meal. Hope they close the place down its that bad. Definitely makes your local Chinese restaurant look like a 5 star! Just pure bad!

A sub par eating option at the food court in Tysons Corner Center. They do have a wide selection of dishes, but most taste the same and don’t excite the taste buds at all :(

My wife ordered a shrimp entrée and brought it to the table. I asked her what those chunks of meat were, she replied, probably tofu. It didn’t taste like tofu. She returned it and they refused to make her a new dish unless she paid again. Not very good service or labeling.

I had never tried Charlie’s food for as long as I’ve been seeing so many of their locations around the region, so while being in the Mall and hankering for eats, I figured this was the time! I was not dismayed! For a food court location, the Sweet & Sour Pork & Fried Rice I had was well above average fare — tasty, well prepared and the portions were satisfying. Although definitely not gourmet, it is well worth the price. I will be coming back.

Mediocre. Simply mediocre. This place makes Panda Express seem like fine dining. The noodles were SO greasy! There was grease DRIPPING out of the box! I had the General Tso’s chicken along with orange chicken. The chicken was in these huge, overly breaded, and oily chunks. Food wasn’t cheap either. I think I spent about 14 bucks with a bottled drink. My iced tea was the most appetizing part of this«meal». I’m not picky when it comes to mall food but this was just gross.

Do yourself a favor when you’re in the Tysons Corner Center food court and do not go to Charlie Chiang’s. The food is of the kind that gives mall food courts a bad name in quality. Ordered the General Tso’s chicken. The meat was fatty, it was over-fried, and super-heavy on the breading. And on top of that it’s not cheap! Go find a solid option like Cava Mezze for the same money.

Tolerable mall chinese; but small portions for the amount of money they charge
