Yellow Rose Ride Taxi-priced Limo

Called interested in renting a limo for a wedding getaway car. Lady assisting with reservations was extremely rude. She asked whether I needed a «stretch» or not, I advised that I didn’t think so, since it’d just be bride and groom. After much trouble communicating pickup and drop off locations (she couldn’t «find them»), I reconfirmed that (if we reserved) a limo would be picking us up versus a sedan and she said she didn’t understand what I was talking about since I said I didn’t need a «stretch». I replied saying I may not be familiar with the correct terminology, but I just needed a limo versus a sedan/​SUV. She continued rambling, making me feel as though I was uneducated and inconveniencing her by calling. I don’t recommend this company!

After a long, grueling flight (seriously, those seats are built for who — surely, not normally sized humans), and dragging my half-​ton of shoes and clothes for a 4-​day visit behind me, wadded into a Samsonite that remarkably was up to the task, I arrived at limo pick up.
Despite a few less-​than-​kind messages left by me for my long-​suffering driver Amir during the search, the limo and I found each other at Dallas Love Airport (where apparently signage is considered for the weak …).
Forty-​five minutes later, Amir (yay Amir), no doubt terrified into silence by my rantings and ravings about the state of air travel today (definitely NOT glamorous) delivered me to my destination, handed me my luggage, and still smiling (no doubt with triumph at having survived … well … me) left.
Yay Amir! Yay Yellow Rose! Exactly what I needed: timely, helpful, and fast. Also tolerant of my ravings at the end of a long trip, but that’s a different post.

I was visiting Allen and McKinney from abroad and whilst I was here, my parents came to visit. I had some really specific journey requirements for collecting them from a nearby station and then taking them on a drive around Allen to show them the town, before taking a return journey later in the week. I communicated and booked via email which was brilliant, as it saved me having to spend money making international phone calls on my UK cell, drivers were on time, service was courteous and the driver even talked my mum and dad through some of the sites of the town. Great Service.

I use this service when I travel to/​from Dallas and also for them to pick my parents up and take them to the Dr. when I can’t get to Dallas to take them. The vehicles are very nice and clean, the drivers are always on time and they are very reasonably priced.

Perfect experience. Very courteous and nice driver. Picked up and dropped off on time, even provided water in a new black Cadillac XTS and on the way back, a previous model black suburban. Both rides were clean and comfortable.

I have been to Dallas many times. I have used multiple car services/​modes of transportation from the airport but Bob’s ‘Yellow Rose Taxi-​Priced Limo’ car service is hands down the best. When I landed at DFW and turned on my phone I already had a text from Bob-​the owner of Yellow Rose, that he was already there and was ready for us when we had gotten our luggage. Extremely clean car and great ride with great conversation. I give Yellow Rose an A+++!
