The wings hardly had any sauce on them, they were bland. Service was okay could hire friendlier hostess and servers. Would not go back.

Won’t be going back here. This has to be the worse Wingstop. Placed an order and when I got home the meat was not cooked. Not taking it back. This is the second time for bad food. I love the one in Addison. Great food there, customer service and on time in Addison.

MY order was supposed to be ready at 5:50. I got there on time and had to wait 25 minutes. Apparently the food was done but they didn’t call my name. I went up there and asked them and by then it was cold. They didn’t give me the drink I was supposed to get or the ranch dipping. Fries were cold and stale. Stay away.

Service has gone down hill in the past year. 35min for a very simple small order. Come to find out they never put in the order. I went to the store to place my order because the last time I placed an online order it never got put in. The food was good but I will not be going back.

The place was alright. The service was kinda fast but the waiting took a long time. I had to wait over an hour just to get my order of 8 boneless wings. The fries were overly salty. But the wings were still good. Worth the wait? I don’t think so. FOOD: 3⁄5 SERVICE: 2⁄5 AMBIANCE: 2⁄5

Wow. Worst Wing Stop in DFW. Been to this location 3 times maybe and always equivocal. Today really was extremely slow(everyone who came in there had to wait). We ate in — fries were cold and half our wings were lukewarm — so how does that happen when it should be cooked while you’re there? ALL the wings were over done and very dry. We had wing jerky for lunch. The front door was open allowing all the air conditioning to flow outside. God knows what was crawling or flying inside. None of the employees were welcoming, helpful, or motivated to work any faster than slow. Never going back to this location — ever. You’ve been forwarded.

Didn’t get a very welcome feeling here. Cashier just seemed like she would have rather been somewhere else. Also it was hot in the dining area.

Always check your order before leaving. I have even short a ranch or two on several occasions. Even received an entirely wrong order. They like to start closing up early. No more sweet tea and the restaurant doesn’t close for another hour?!? Overall good service with friendly staff.

Inconsistent with their size of wing offerings. I always get lemon pepper and original hot, but lately the lemon pepper has been dry with very little meat. The prices have gone up but the quality of the wings have gone down.

This Wingstop is the worst. The guy who took our order was super rude and leaning across the counter rolling his eyes. It took probably 20 minutes to get 2 small orders of wings on a Thursday around 7:30 pm. The tables were also dirty, the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels as well as the soda machine was out of all soda flavors. Don’t waste your money here, drive a little farther, it’s worth it

Warning, the fries are very addicting. Get the carrot sticks instead. Ok, I warned you. So, you are still going to get the fries. Just be prepared for greatness! They put salt, sugar, and a cajun seasoning on them and it creates a smörgåsbord of flavors in your mouth. Then you keep popping more until you look down and they are ALL gone. Now, I know they are a wing place, so I guess we can talk about them as well. I get the original hot boneless wings and I have never been disappointed. It has a good amount of heat and is paired perfectly with the homemade creamy ranch. Of course I have created little Wingstop followers in my offspring. They love the hickory smoked sauce on their wings. Here’s the really cool part, if you order Wingstop at work with your coworkers. You can create an account, send them an e-mail to a link, and you can all place an order to the same ticket. It is pure genius. I wish all eateries had this online ordering.

The only two things this location has going for it are a) its location, and b) the wing stop formula. From the time my ticket was rung up for a family pack of 24 wings and a large fry with veggie sticks, to the time I actually got my order it was exactly 32 minutes and this place wasn’t even that busy. I’m sure having only three employees, from what I was able to see, did not help the flow of getting the orders out. We always have a much better experience with the location on El Dorado just west of Orchid Street, but this location is unfortunately, closer to our house. I wish whoever owns this location would hire more people who either had more brain cells or more training. On top of that, they just raised their prices for everything and stopped including rolls in the family packs.

I really love WingStop, but this place is kind of weird. The food was fine, WS is very consistent which I like. My problem was getting my order correct. I I called ahead and ordered a 6 piece combo, half original hot and half BBQ. The guy repeated my order as half BBQ and half Parmesan. He sort of mumbled when he said it, so I said«Wait, half BBQ and half original hot, right?». He said«Yes, half BBQ and half hot». So I go to pick them up and he(the same guy who took my order) read the order to me as half BBQ and half Parmesan. I said«No», and corrected him again. They had already bagged up the order, so he took it back and corrected it. I got the correct order, eventually, but I just felt like the guy taking my order was messing with me. While they were correcting my order, the guy asked if I had tried the Parmesan wings, like he was trying to sell them to me. It was just a really weird situation. Like I said, I felt like he was messing with me.

Service was good but the food was not great. The sauces were good(habanero mango, traditional hot and Parmesan garlic), the chicken was under cooked and the fries were overcooked. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Wings are just OK, I needed 40 wings for the family, so I got a family pack that included 30 mild and 10 Hawaiian. The mild were all really small, while the Hawaiian were good size. Had the mild been the same size as the others, the review would have been better. There was also not enough sauce on the mild. Just because we didn’t want them hot doesn’t mean we wanted them dry. Fries were also OK. They were inconsistently cooked and cut, and there is a sugary note to them that is hard to finger. It is close to home, and the price(especially after gas to go somewhere else) was the deciding factor. After the size of the wings left us all hungry though, it was still overpriewd.

Customer service in this restaurant is always top of the line. It’s what brings us back for more. That coupled with the awesome food what more can a person ask for? They’re well worth the visit.

Wasn’t very clean compared to some other ones… I love Wing-stop, just not particularly this one. Even though there were only a few people inside, it still took 30 minutes to receive our food. It was delicious though!

Normal for a wing-stop, which is always a little pricier than other wing restaurants but I have to say it’s worth it. However they make their french fries(I’m pretty sure there is sugar and salt on them) they are INCREDIBLY addictive, and I love their lemon pepper flavoring. I will warn you that even their mild has some heat to it, but I always get their lemon pepper so I haven’t tried it in a while. Remember to check out their basket deals because you’ll save money if you get a basket instead of ordering everything separately!
