The ER at Craig Ranch is owned and operated by Board Certified Emergency Physicians. Our mission is to provide immediate access to high quality, timely and affordable emergency and episodic care to patients of all ages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Meet the Business Owner

Carrie D.

Business Owner

Dr. Carrie de Moor is the current CEO of Code 3 Emergency Physicians based out of Frisco, Texas and Chairman of the Board of The ER at Craig Ranch by Code 3. She attended Southern Methodist University and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She attended Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine and completed her clinical training in El Paso, TX in 2005. Dr. de Moor trained in pediatrics as an intern from 2005 – 2006 at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston before entering her Emergency Medicine Residency at Texas Tech El Paso, Thomason Hospital. She graduated as Chief Resident and was awarded the Outstanding Chief Resident award in 2009.

She has been nationally recognized for her work on lean processing in trauma and immediate availability/​point of care blood availability in the emergency department. Dr. de Moor has been published in the Emergency Medicine and Trauma literature.
