The Bouncy Kingdom

We had a great experience with Bouncy Kingdom. We rented a Bounce house, table and chairs. All arrived on time and at a great price. I will definitely use them again and again.

Accommodated a last minute party dilemma, showed up early, made sure the bouncy house was working and no faults and cleaned. Jonathan was polite and made sure I knew what I was doing! Worth every penny as my kids loved playing in it! Best deal in McKinney I’ve found so far. Hasn’t been picked up yet (the next morning) but was advised they would be here sometime today to pick up. Definitely would use them and recommend them to others.

I called to rent 30 chairs and the refused because of a 60 dollar minimum rental. I was willing to put a deposit and pick up myself. The guy was a real jerk.

Great experience! The castle did not fit in our backyard but they worked with us using an extra castle they had in their truck. I would recommend them if you need a bounce house for your party!

This was our first time renting a bounce house/​castle. The experience was great! I spoke to Juan, the owner, a couple of times on the phone to iron out some details and he was very helpful. The bounce castle showed up early and the setup was smooth and quick and the people who did the setup and take down were very friendly asking how the party went and if there’s anything else they could do to help. We didn’t even need to be home for the take down.
The website was easy to use for ordering and the team at Bouncy Kingdom called and sent out a confirmation email on delivery times and expectations the week of the party. It was an overall great experience and most importantly, the kids had a blast. Looking forward to renting from Bouncy Kingdom again for future parties.

This company was great. They were by far the least expensive. They delivered on time, set up quickly and even cleaned out the bouncer before we could use it. They offered a Facebook coupon and we didn’t even have to be home for the pickup. I will be using this company again for sure.

Ordered a bounce house for my daughter’s bday, they showed up 2 hours from promised delivery time kids played in it for 10 minutes when the cord faulted and began collapsing on them! Called the owner, Juan Maza, and told him I wanted a refund and to come get the house. He responded with calling me «hunny bunny», and told me I would get no refund and take him to court. When I told him he was the worst businessman he told me I was the worst customer. I will NEVER use them again and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either! Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

This was the first time I’d rented a bouncy house. We rented the combo bouncy/​water slide and it was a HUGE hit. They sent a reminder email in advance and even called early asking if they could set up earlier since they were ahead of schedule, which was great. then they left it overnight and picked it up the next morning and didn’t disturb us at all. Great experience. The only thing that could possibly be improved is that there was some cake icing and debris in the bouncy portion of it… so it could have been a bit cleaner.

I’m not sure who or what the previous reviewer dealt with, but I couldn’t have been more pleased with Juan and the crew he sent to our home!
We ordered online the dry combo bounce/​slide (which was more reasonably priced than any other around) at the suggestion of my sister in law who also had a great experience with them. At the last minute I called Juan to change to a water slide and he was more than helpful, and happy to do so, explaining the process in detail.
They delivered the house on time Saturday the 3^rd, parked down the street so as not to block any neighbor’s driveways, and we had the house for 24 hours instead of the standard 4 usually sold. Sunday the guys came to take it down and were polite and conversational. After the fact received a nice thank you from Juan.
We’ll be using them again! Can’t beat the price, the service, and the excellent condition of the house. The ONLY thing that I could say was negative was the $ 15.00 trip charge to come to Wylie, but I can understand that as well.
