These guys are horrible !!! We got our storm shelters put in by this company also known as Texas tornado shelter. We were attracted to them because they offered cash deals and they had some of the best prices in the area. We definitely regret our decision with going with them. First off they did not tell us that all the dirt that they remove to put the shelter in was going to be our issue so we had about 20 yd.³ of dirt in our driveway for almost a month before we could find somebody to come get it. Second, they broke our driveway putting the shelter in but they did give us a small refund to help compensate for that. Third, they did not pack the dirt in very well around the shelter and less than a week later we got 3 inches of rain over two days and the shelter literally floated 8 inches above the ground and then settled back down about 4 inches and lopsided. So now we have an expensive shelter in our backyard that we have already paid to have the top of it stained to match our patio and now it’s sinking on one side while rising on the other. If you are even thinking about going with these guys to do your storm shelter please talk to other companies first and I do not recommend going with this company at all.

Never showed up and our option period expired that day so we did not get an inspection. Plus, we had already paid. They, then told us that they don’t do real (camera) inspections anyway, they just look in the tank as its being pumped. Unreliable and cheat you out of your money. Go with someone else.
