This is a new, growing business in McKinney, sharing space with other businesses. The booth is located upstairs, to the left if you are walking in.
The owner was there during the yarn crawl, and is very keen to hear what her customers are interested in buying. She is in business because she loves it, and you can tell.
Her selection of yarn is growing, carrying a nice balance of soft natural fibers to please most crafters, and she has the essential supplies too.
Help her grow and go get you some yarn! ;)

I almost thought this was a mistake posting when the shop at this address had nothing to do with knitting — it was a collection of arts and decorations. I stepped in to browse anyway, and spotted the yarn up on the second floor. So if this happens to you, go in! It’s upstairs.
The yarn selection is small, but wonderful. It looked like they have a couple of great choices for local– and US-​produced yarns, and super cute display. I wish I could have bought everything!
