Katie definitely went the extra mile for us. I had thought that because we weren’t selling but just looking for a leasing agent that we wouldn’t be given as much attention as those selling but Katie was extremely attentive and made us her priority. This was our first time renting out a home, so she really helped walk us through the entire process and gave us suggestions on important things such as changing our insurance plan to reflect that we were renting out the home and handyman repair insurance since we planned to manage the property ourselves.
