JS Family Dental

Dr. Sieng is a great dentist, I feel at ease during our visits, and her dental office is comfortable and clean. I recently had a cleaning with the hygienist and she made the experience very pleasant.
The only complaint I have is with one of the receptionists, who I’ve found to be terse and unfriendly at times (not Carmen, she’s lovely!).

Dr. Sieng and her staff are a great group! Easy to talk to, easy to schedule appointments. Great location and atmosphere. Stopped in mid-​week and had an appointment for a checkup next day. Cleaning was smooth and painless. High-​tech equipment. No more bulky, noisy x-​ray machines. Will definitely use again!

Dentists need dentists too! And Dr. Sieng is who I trust with my teeth! Recently was in for some fillings and they look and feel great. As comfortable as a dental visit could be. I was basically dozing in and out the entire time with the massage chair and TV on. I make a 40 minute drive out to see her so no excuses!

Very nice staff. I had 2 teeth pulled and the dentist was as gentle as she could be considering the job she had to do. Everything is new. The chairs even massage you. If in need of a dentist I think you should consider JS Family.

Everyone thinks they hate the dentist, but I went to Dr. Sieng for my exam /​cleaning and had a great experience!
The front staff was very friendly and inviting. Everything was ready when I got in the office. I just signed in electronically, got a few forms signed while lounging in on their sofa and off we went to the back.
In the rooms, they got massaging dental chairs! I got a massage and watched some tv while the assistant was taking some pictures. Then a quick, thorough exam then it was off to cleaning. The cleaning didn’t hurt at all. The assistant was so good with the suction, I barely noticed the water.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Quick, thorough and comfortable. Thanks Dr. Sieng!

Dr Sieng really did a great job! She is incredibly professional, kind and gentle. And was able to numb the area on the first go round and that never happens. First time in five years where I’ve been to a dentist and felt like the dentist cared more about me than my wallet. Office staff was very professional and massage chair was a bonus!

I was in the market for a new dentist, when I came across JS Family Dental in McKinney. I visited the office last week for a cleaning and whitening, and was thoroughly impressed with the technology, office, staff, and the Dentist. I received great treatment and a very honest treatment plan. I will definitely be returning every few months!

JS Family Dental is a brand spanking new dental office located in McKinney. If you like cleanliness, up-​to-​date equipment, and an overall great experience then JS is the place for you.
Everything is so new that the wrapping is still on a lot of the stuff inside the office (literally). When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces who are attentive and know what they’re doing. You’ll fill out all your paperwork and forms on an iPad that’s set up in the waiting area.
I’m warning you now — once you get into the chair, try to stay awake because the chair lightly massages your back and neck as you’re laying there. The x-​rays are quick and easy. There’s also a TV mounted on the ceiling for you to watch as you’re getting your teeth worked on.
Dr. Jamie Sieng is a great dentist. She was very careful and was great at interacting and explaining to me everything that was going on. She’s also not harsh when she’s cleaning your teeth so it’s actually a pretty pleasant experience.
I’ve never had a regular dentist before, but this may be the place for me moving forward. I’ll be recommending this office to all my friends and family.
