Established in 1999.

Jabco Services was born out of the desire to provide home owners and property management with quality service at a fair cost. This came from years of seeing contractors treating their clients as incapable of understanding or charging excessive amounts for the simplest of projects.

Business Owner

John Burns is the owner-​operator of Jabco Services, a general contracting company specializing in residential construction. Located in McKinney Texas for over the last twelve years and servicing the North Dallas Metroplex area. Providing both comprehensive and affordable services at a reasonable rate. Providing impeccable service with attention to detail regardless of the project size.

Over 20 years hands on experience in the construction industry. Residential, Multifamily, Mid-​Rise, High Rise and commercial construction all over the country. Mitigation and litigation experience both as an advocate for builder as well as for home owners.

Father of four wonderful children ranging in age from 4 to 18. Each one unique and irreplaceable. Enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my kids hunting, fishing or just going to the park. Actively undergoing the task of raising smart, responsible, respectful and productive adults. Contributing to personal, communal, national and world wide growth.
