Ideal Smiles McKinney

We are displeased with our dental care HOWEVER, displeased with the staffs inability to NOT double charge our personal and medical Flex accounts on file. Our family now has to wait for Ideal Smiles corporate to issue a reimbursement check on $ 420 AND THEN mail it to our residence. A possible 3 WEEK long process! NOT happy one bit by their staff’s lack of double checking their records of amounts due. Even after asking twice to make sure a double charge was not processed.

We chose Ideal Smiles because it’s the cheapest place we could find to clean our teeth — we’re teachers and don’t have dental insurance. They found 2 cavities with me and 2 for my son (nothing for my daughter). Since this is the cheapest place, I was a bit skeptical so I found a free second opinion with Arte Dental. The doctor at Arte wanted to «fix» 20 cavities, yes, TWENTY in my mouth — keep in mind, I haven’t had any cavities since I was 12 — and 4 for my son. He’s just a little too aggressive for us so we went back to IdealSmiles McKinney and have been VERY pleased. The office staff and the doctors are organized, kind and considerate. The doctors are not in a rush and will sit and talk to you as if they have all the time in the world. My son even had his wisdom teeth extracted at Ideal Smiles McKinney — just 3 days ago — and he hasn’t felt much pain –at all. In fact, he took Ibuprophen one time, the first day and hasn’t had any since. We could not be more pleased with the outcome at this point.

Always nice and professional. A great experience every time. Office is nice and staff is helpful.
