Sales manager is hard to work with. Sales guys are good. Service is good. Stay away from the sales manager and you will be ok. Buy from another dealership.

I am in the Oilfield and travel a lot.
Thus, I have experience at the Freedom Powersports Odessa and McKinney locations.
I have been to the McKinney location the most and recently; and have had nothing but great service at both locations.
In spite of the fact that I did not buy my new Victory at a Freedom Powersports dealership; I was treated as though I had. This was a welcomed surprise, as with auto dealers this is not the case.
I wish to thank both locations; but especially
Deke and Lee in McKinney Service who went above and beyond several times in providing me service, and Joe and Hector in Odessa Sales.

The service department is out of control. My Razor was in the shop for 6 weeks before I called and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I happened to know what the problem was so I called BS and they called back the next day and sure enough it was the drive shaft. They promised to have it done within the week. I call a week later and still not done. Two weeks nothing. Three weeks nothing. Finally I call and it just happens to be done but nobody called me to let me know.
Poor communication and lack of mgmt in the service department.
