Chris is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and member of the Million Dollar Guild for having sold multiple properties beyond the Million Dollar value range.

He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC).

Stephanie is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)and provides staging assistance to our clients that are selling their homes before pictures are taken.
