History

Established in 2014.

Eye Level is a supplemental education program that originated in Korea over 30 years ago and now has over 3 million children enrolled world-​wide. We are the leading provider in supplemental education in the areas of Math and English. Our philosophy is that every child has the potential to learn and master math, reading and writing. We enable students to realize this potential by bringing the instructional materials to the eye-​level of your child.

By conducting a thorough Diagnostic Assessment, we are able to isolate your child’s strengths and areas of development. We then create a specifically tailored program that builds upon your child’s strengths and use these strengths to help develop areas of weaker understanding.

Both our Math, Reading and Writing programs are aligned to United States educational standards.

Meet the Business Owner

Jolly J.

Business Owner

As devoted mother to her twin 4-​year old girls, Jolly is passionate about childhood development and education. She is also a dedicated mentor at the McKinney ISD.

In her 15 years of corporate career, Jolly has held Strategy and Marketing leadership roles in several fortune100 companies. She recently was the Chief of Staff at FedEx Office.

Jolly is a Dean’s List graduate from University of Maryland and has an MBA from University of Michigan.

Mahendra Dorairaj — Co-​Owner

Mahendra credits his middle school tutor for all his subsequent successes. He is inspired to have the same impact on other kids.

Mahendra has held several executive roles in Strategy and General Management over his 15– year career. He now leads corporate strategy at Eastman.

Mahendra has earned two post-​graduate degrees: Master of Science, University of Delaware and MBA, Wharton School of Business.
