I have a whole new respect for physical therapy now that I’ve experienced EDGE physical Therapy. Physical therapist, Shane Hernandez, is knowledgeable, professional, caring and patient. He and his staff have taken the time to understand my physical issues & limitations and they’ve put together a gradual, comprehensive series of excercises tailored to my specific needs. He & his staff remain attentive throughout my PT session correcting me when my body mechanics are wrong and encouraging me when I’m doing it right. I am learning exercises to help me heal and I’m learning better ways to perform my job to avoid reinjuring myself. Being referred to EDGE PT has changed by life because I’m beginning to feel pain free throughout my work day and I haven’t felt this good and healthy in years!
