I highly recommend the Kraft Team. David and Gaylan are professionals with YEARS of experience in helping people price, negotiate, sell their current home and buy their dream home. And they are honest professionals as well. Experience really does make a difference when buying and selling a home and you need someone who knows the market and knows how to negotiate for you. David and Gaylan are also really fun to work with! Gaylan is an expert at «staging» homes so that buyers can see themselves in your home. I recommend them without reservation.

My husband and I used the Kraft team to help sell his home as we were building a new home. Great process. His wife came out and staged the home, and took pictures. The house was listed quickly. We had an offer, but the appraisal on the home didn’t come back high enough. We were so worried. David appealed the appraisal by offering homes sold in the area that were similar to his home. The original appraiser was using homes much older than his home because it was in a historic district. Luckily they increased the appraisal because of David’s diligence and we sold the home! On our closing, David was there with a gift for our new home. This New Years, we received a gift on our doorstep from the Kraft team. This is some of the best customer service I’ve seen, and what a way to increase retention rates! We also used his moving truck for free! It really doesn’t get any better than this. In a very stressful situation, they comforted us with a great experience.

David and his team were an invaluable asset while we were shopping for our first home in Texas. I do not think we would have been able to navigate the housing market without their expertise. With them on our side we felt like seasoned pros. The only issue was the debate about needing an extra bedroom in case we ever wanted them to stay for a longer visit :)
