JIm Ryan at Art Ryan’s First Choice Improvements tried to scam us. We did business for a long time and he told us he was happy. Then we were blindsided by a large charge against us with the credit card company. He said we didn’t deliver the product he bought. We showed 700 pages of documentation to the credit card company proving we did deliver a very good product and we got our money back immediately. This must have made him angry because he went online and fabricated a story about us to hurt our livelihood.
Watch out for this guy. He smiled to our face and then tried to stick it to us behind our backs. If he would do this to us he might do it to you too.
