Vietmeier Golf Center has a golf range and is a player development, training and practice facility for golfers of all ages and skill levels. The facility is located in McKees Rocks, PA., 2 miles from the Moon Run/​Crafton Exit on Interstate 79. Vietmeier Golf Center is open year round.

Owned and operated by Ed Vietmeier, PGA Professional. Ed along with his wife, Annette, look forward to serving you and growing the game of golf.

Vietmeier Golf Center is equipped with 36 top of the line mats, new target areas, and 36,000 new Taylormade Burner Range Balls. As of November of 2013, we are now the Taylormade Tuned Performance Center Pittsburgh location.

The TaylorMade Tuned Performance Center Pittsburgh is a premier tuning location featuring the same club/​shaft matrix found at the Kingdom and TaylorMade Performance Labs. FlightScope technology is utilized for all sessions.

Our Certified TaylorMade fitting specialist is on hand to match the perfect TaylorMade golf equipment to your golf swing, making a large difference in your game. Our Tuned Performance sessions can be conducted both indoor and outdoor, making us one of a kind.

VGC is still growing and upgrading the facility. A 120 yard grass tee! For those that like to mini golf, we have an 18 hole course,

Meet the Business Owner

Ed V.

Business Owner

Ed Vietmeier is a longtime member of the PGA, active player and teacher. He has had a variety of experiences and accomplishments throughout his career. He started playing competitive golf at the age of 12 years old.

His playing achievements are many, but some include:

*High School All American and Pennsylvania All-​Conference team in the same year;

*NCAA All American;

*Placed 9^th in the National Championship;

*Competed and placed in the PGA National Long Drive Contest

*In 1988 was inducted in the California University Hall of Fame.

*Multiple winner of the Tri-​State Section Championship

Ed continues to compete and add to his playing accomplishments, some include: winning numerous tournaments locally and in Florida; competed and earned his place in the PGA National Club Pro (five times).

His professional achievements includes being the Host Professional for the LPGA Future’s Tour, served on the Tri-​State Board of Directors, and is certified as an Adaptive Golf Instructor.
