Recently had a situation where an unknown animal was constantly excavating under my front door stoop. The excavation was large enough to indicate a larger creature was burrowing, which led me to contact Greg. He responded promptly and came out to investigate. In addition to looking at the stoop, he also took the time to look around the house to see if other activity was occurring that could be a concern.
Set the trap and explained that he will come out every morning to check, which was comforting knowing that a trapped animal won’t be left there for an extended period of time.
After a week, there was no animal in the trap. We both agreed to have screening installed around the stoop to prevent any additional burrowing. Screen was installed quickly, and to be sure that the stoop was vacant of creatures, Greg placed a smaller trap before closing up the screen the next day.
Overall a excellent experience. Will call again for future animal issues.

Really helped me out. Wasn’t sure what I had crawling around in my attic. Greg determined that it was birds in my vent system. In just under an hour he had all my vents covered from the outside and within the attic. He checked the exhaust tubing from the bathroom to the outside to make sure there weren’t any nests in them. He discovered a small one and cleaned it out. He also came out the same day I called him.
