Treadmill Heroes came together in 2009 with one goal in mind: Provide quick, professional fitness equipment repair and delivery to the fitness industry.

We provide services to retailers, commercial facilities and the home users.

We service all brands and types of fitness equipment, including, but not limited to Treadmills, Bikes, Steppers, Ellipticals and Weight machines.

Our experienced service department will keep your exercise equipment in top condition. Our Heroes are highly skilled and have years of experience. We service and maintain all Brands and Types of Fitness Equipment. We are certified with most major manufacturers, and are the preferred service provider for many retailers and direct sales companies throughout Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

We provide preventative maintenance for all Brands and Types of Fitness Equipment, no matter the facility or setting, Commercial or Residential.

History

Established in 2009.

After working with a fitness equipment retailer for 10 years, Joe noticed that one of the biggest things that was lacking for retail customers, both residential and commercial, was after the sale support. With that knowledge, he set out to start a company that would offer both delivery and maintenance services for people who purchased exercise equipment.

What started as a four person operation in Eastern Iowa, has grown to a company with service areas in 5 states specializing in delivery and service for all types of fitness equipment.

After working with a fitness equipment retailer for 10 years, Joe noticed that one of the biggest things that was lacking for retail customers, both residential and commercial, was after the sale support. With that knowledge, he set out to start a company that would offer both delivery and maintenance services for people who purchased exercise equipment.

In keeping with his small town roots, Joe chose to keep a centralized Headquarters in Wilton, Iowa. He felt it was also important to have a local office that customers can call when they needed service. Joe has made sure to have locations in each service area employed with a local employee in the attempt have a live person on the other end of the call rather than an automated voice.

Joe’s motto has always been «Think Big. Act Small» in regards to how he wants his customers to feel when working with Treadmill Heroes. He wants each customer to feel like they are a priority to the company.
