We are a strictly a residential roofing company. Dealing with everything from full replacement (this is our specialty) to service work and roof inspections. All our work comes with a transferable 10 year warranty, with extended warranties available. From roof leaks to ventilation issues. We have experienced employees and all our own equipment. We carry full insurance on all our employees, as we do not use sub-​contractors.

I started the business when I was 24, in 1992. We have grown into a small family locally owned business.

I started roofing as a summer time job in 1982. I started my own business in 1992. And have been in business under the same name and IL license number ever since.

Svaras Roofing was a victim of identity theft back in 2010. We have since been released and not charged with any wrong doing, for we did none. All the release papers are posted on my web site.

This incident has hurt my reputation, especially on line. I hope it not to affect your decision on choosing a roofing contractor. We have thousands of local referrals. I care about every customer.
