History
Established in 1998.
Neises Enterprises is a small family business. I first started on my own with a home rehab project. Next I built a custom spec home and then another rehab. People started asking me to do remodeling projects for them and that is when the word of mouth started. For nine years my business grew to 15 people 75% of our work came from referrals from happy customers. I stepped away from the remodeling to do commercial property management for three years. Now for the last year I have gotten back into remodeling. I missed working with my hands and creating fun spaces for my customers. We are small and are starting over.
Meet the Business Owner
Michael N.
Business Owner
Mike spent 6 years in the USMC as a meteorological equipment technician. While in the Marines in California I started working in a car audio store as a custom installer. I created a show car that I showed at the consumer electronics show for Hifonics. I used this car as a resume for when I came back to Illinois. I got a job as a custom Audio installer and was promoted to shop manager and then store manager. After that I was hired by a rep firm As a product application specialist for Alpine electronics. I wanted to do a rehab project for some extra cash. The house I settled on needed so much work, I quit my job and worked on the house full time and that is how I got started in construction. I bought a code book and read each section before I started a phase of construction. I also consulted people I knew in the trades for advice. Next I built a spec house and used people I knew in the trades. I worked for my sub contractors to learn the tricks of every trade. Then I got into remodeling.
