Ladies who work there are fabulous! Kind helpful and talented. Too bad the owner is a complete rude jerk. I feel sorry for them. I love the girls but do not want to give him the business.

The services are typical, but I don’t understand when you take the time to make an appointment they do not honor it? When I arrived on time for my appointment they just «put you line» with all the walk ins. It certainly benefits them but not you as a customer. Why make an appointment to sit and wait?

I have been here a few times. And each time i give them another chance to prove my previous experiences wrong. Each time i am more disappointed. I tell them what i want and it is usually something simple and they just stare at my nails and roll their eyes like they don’t know what i am talking about when i say I just want a manicure or a polish change. Not that difficult. Each time i have been here, the people working have been extremely rude. This last time put me over the edge. I got there early. Didnt think i would need an appt since usually there are more than enough people working. The lady who was working on my nails was on her cell phone for the first couple minutes on speaker phone. Then told me she would be back in 20 minutes. She left my hands in a bowl of acetone for 20 minutes while she worked on someone else. Needless to say when working with a strong chemical, you should do frequent checks on that person. She was very rude to me when she came back. I have burns on my fingers. This lady was also very rude to their receptionist. She was yelling at this poor girl in front of customers which is very disrespectful and unprofessional. As someone who works in customer service, this lady definitely needs some pointers especially if she wants to make any tips. Anyways, i will not be back and i would not refer this nail salon to anyone.

I went to this salon once to get a regular manicure done before a wedding. To be honest, I just wanted a cheap manicure, and I know you get what you pay for at these kinds of salons. However, the nail tech I received was horribly rude to me the entire time I was there. She asked several times (to the point of insistence) that I get my eyebrows waxed — when I politely declined the first time, she insinuated they looked terrible as they were and told me I would look so much better because they really needed it (!!) I continued to (politely) decline, and she then consistently stared at my eyebrows in a disapproving manner the ENTIRE TIME she was doing my nails. I still left a tip, but I resolved to never return.

Been going here a few times first time a man did my pedi. way too much talking not enough working!!!
