McHenry Limousine Service Inc

Loved Mchenry Limousine, they have great prices and great service!
I was taking my Dad to see Black Sabbath at the United Center on 1÷22÷16 and neither of us wanted to drive from Mchenry, there and back. So I called up Mchenry Limousine and got my price quote which was more then reasonable. I went into their office on new years day and paid for their services.
Now I thought I was paying for a town car, you know nothing huge or flashy for the price I paid. Day of the concert comes around, our driver arrives on time in a stretch limo! Needless to say I was so excited to be taking my dad to see his favorite band in an actual Limo!
Our Limo driver introduced himself, his name was Steve. I highly recommend him! He was extremely polite, funny, talkative — but just the right amount of talkative, and most of all a great driver! Of course his Limo was very nice too, very clean!
We got to the United Center on time for dad and I to buy some things. After the concert was over, we walked a block to where he said he’d be parked (since I didn’t buy a parking pass) and we were on our way home!
I don’t think our night would’ve gone this great without Steve and Mchenry Limousine! Thanks guys! I’ll be asking for their services again I’m sure! I highly recommend them!

The only thing that goes wrong on your wedding day should not be your transportation, but alas, that is what happened to us. The woman who was responsible for picking up the guys and bringing them to the first look location was 10 minutes late, and proceeded by giving attitude to my husband about time constraints then after that (how does that make sense?). We had planned to take additional photos at a closeby location before the ceremony, and when the driver pulled up she barked at us in the back that we only had 5 minutes and asked if we actually wanted to do this. I had confirmed this and the fact that she was rushing us and barking questions at us was not what we needed. She kept insisting we had no time, essentially forcing us to leave the location, so we COMPLETELY MISSED a whole set of photos we’d planned to take on our wedding day. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, she GOT LOST on the way to our venue. Isn’t this a limo services ONLY job??? Thankfully we knew where we were, but I could not have been more upset. To make matters worse, we had also arranged to have a limo pick just my husband and I up from the venue to take us to our hotel after the reception, and nobody showed. When I called to ask, the guy (kid?) manning the phones was rude and extremely unhelpful. Your response to a bride saying you were supposed to pick her up on the night of her wedding should not be «well I don’t have anything so I don’t know what you want me to do about it.» How about you send someone and we’ll resolve it later? Terrible customer service practice. The gentleman who I’d booked everything with initially called me the next day and left a long voicemail, and though he did take ownership of the no-​show, his excuse was that he simply «forgot.» Unsure how you maintain a business like that and he made no attempt to rectify the situation (refund, credit, nothing). Would not recommend to anyone.

Oh, I have a complaint now!
Simply put, this is a small fleet. The past few times I’ve needed a ride to the airport McHenry hasn’t been able to deliver. I’ve been offered shared rides which were too early or too late for what I needed. It’s really too bad, but if a service isn’t available then it’s strictly average to me. Hence 3 stars.
