History

Established in 2009.

Gibb’s Window Cleaning Services evolved from a small sole proprietorship whose focus was on residential window/​gutter cleaning and power washing. Formed in 1999 the business developed a reputation for quality work and friendly service. Over the years the business grew naturally from a loyal customer base. The sole proprietorship was purchased in 2009, revamping the business as Gibb’s Good Hands Window Cleaning Services. With the emphasis on quality workmanship, friendly service and customer satisfaction, the business continued to grow. In the spring of 2011 the business expanded to include low rise commercial window cleaning. We incorporated the business in April 2011 shortening the name to Gibb’s Window Cleaning Services. We continue to offer quality workmanship in a friendly environment at competitive prices.

Manager

Bill’s business experience come from his years first in real estate sales and later in mortgage banking. Bill’s business philosophy is based on customer service. In Bill’s opinion the satisfaction of the needs of the customer is an integral function in any business. «If the customer is happy, then everybody’s happy» is a mantra Bill embraced early in his career.

Our philosophy is that integrity is also an important component of great customer service. When we quote a price, we honor it. There are no hidden costs or fees.
