Funn with Phonics Tutoring company specializes in teaching young children as young as 4 – 12 how to read using phonics. Art, music and games are used to teach the phonics concepts. Children with disablilties such as ADHD, Speech, vision Dyslexia and others are successful in this program.

History

Established in 2000.

I saw a need to teach children in thei own unique learning style., Too many times children would miss the opportunity to become confident passionte readers. I developed a program where each child can learn how to read using multi-​sensory strategies using the four different learning styles. Children who have completed the program are reading at least two years above grade level.

A graduate from Roosevelt University with a degree in Psychology enabled me to create a phonics program using multi-​sensory techniques. Children from all learning styles have achieved success from this program. Most reading three years above grade level. Students learn by using art, music and games to learn the phonics concepts. My passion and love for reading motivates children to want to read. As an author and literacy ambassador in the community what better lifelong gift than to acquire and love and passion for reading.
