Extremely pleased with the service provided. I chose Cooper’s because I’m always for helping out mom & pop businesses. I’m glad I did! Molly was a pleasure to work with over the phone and Jerry works very diligently and is very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make sure things are done correctly and even offered tips on how to correctly clean stains. He is very friendly and he is passionate in his profession. He did 3 rooms, stairs and my sectional. Was able to remove several coffee stains that were spilled on the same spot. The stairs that have been trampled with 3 teenagers for the last couple of years were a disaster. stains removed and color has been restored. I will add some before/​after photos. Would absolutely use Cooper’s again without hesitation.

Ashamed to say it but our carpets were a disaster, considered calling FEMA, instead called Coopers. Molly was a great help in setting our appointment and Jerry was on time. First thing he did was measure the areas to be cleaned and found out that I had overestimated the square footage. Net result was a reduction in the estimated price. He saved us a lot of money. I would never have known but he said that they don’t do business that way. Such honesty in todays world is rare. He explained what he would do and smiled when I said I was embarrassed at the condition.
” Don’t worry, I have seen a lot worse. ” Paid great attention to detail, wasn’t in a hurry to finish and made our carpeting look like new. Honest, professional, expert work coupled with outgoing personalities from both Molly and Jerry made it a pleasure to do business with Cooper’s Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care. They have a customer for life. You have no need to go anywhere else.

Had Jerry come back out to do the whole house and clean the tile in the master bathroom. As expected — a wonderful, professional job! The tile looks like brand new! Very pleased with the work Coopers does!

Had a great experience with Jerry at Cooper’s Carpet Cleaning.
He cleaned our offices and truly went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right. There were some particularly dirty spots in our conference room that I thought would have needed to be replaced altogether but Jerry was able to clean them up and save our carpet’s for years ahead. He works hard, is very professional, and great prices. If you don’t at least have him come out for a quote before making your decision on who to use, then you are losing out.

I will NEVER use another carper cleaner! He was a able to remove a few stains two other reputable carpet cleaners were unable to do do anything with. My carpets have never looked this clean. Considering we have two large labs, that is a lot to say. He was very accommodating and explained everything to me. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and anyone who needed their carpets cleaned. He even gave me helpful suggestions on any future «accidents». Unlike other companies that suggest a return visit in six months, he was honest enough to tell me a yearly cleaning is usually sufficient. I admired is integrity.

I wish I had taken a picture of the before, it is shocking how big a difference it was after Jerry worked his magic.
I very much recomend you moving all your furniture off the carpet the day before onto the patio/​tiled kitchen and tiled bathroom floors. If you are going to pay for a room, make sure every inch is available.
My husband stayed home to move the big pieces that could’t be moved out. Jerry was able to get under our bed with an extended device.
We have cats and they yack everywhere. After this visit, you would not be able to tell we had any animals. Love it!

Jerry did a great job with our carpets and a couple of lazy boys. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Having all hardwoods, Jerry put down a layer of plastic so no water ever reached the flooring. Would highly recommend him. He was terrific.

We had read some reviews on carpet cleaning and decided to use Cooper’s Carpet Cleaning. Jerry scheduled our appointment within a few days of calling. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing and did a great job on cleaning our pet stained carpets. It would have taken us a few days with a rental carpet cleaner where he cleaned all our capets in a few hours. He also made useful suggestions for carpet care. His prices are fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend his service.
