I contacted AMM Service Group to hang two enormous chandeliers (one weighed 111 pounds) on our 18 foot ceilings and install a medallion with them both. Mike quoted me a very fair price and was highly communicative via text, phone, and email getting details about the fixtures before he even arrived to do the job. Although some contractors have a casual approach towards timelines, Mike and his assistant Brian arrived promptly at 10 am as promised and immediately got to work. They unboxed both chandeliers, coordinated the pieces, and installed the light bulbs before setting up the medallions and the big job. Though I was away from home at work most of the time, Mike discovered that one of the electrical boxes was a bit precariously set and was conscientious enough to call me and offer to install additional bracing through the roof to ensure the lighting fixtures wouldn’t come crashing down one day. Mike figured the extra hour of time and materials would cost me another $ 100 to which I immediately agreed since I sensed his main concern was getting the job done right, not springing an additional fee on his customer. Well, it turned out Mike and Brian worked for another 5 hours on the job without asking for a penny more. And when I did the final inspection both gentlemen were extremely courteous and considerate, having boxed up all the wrappings and materials before giving me a full explanation of their work. Needless to say, I was thrilled with how much the chandeliers made both rooms dazzle and felt comfortable knowing they had done everything possible so the project was done right. I highly recommend AMM for their professionalism, customer service excellence, and of course their conscientious delivery above and beyond what they’d signed on for. I’m calling them for my next electrical installation project without hesitation.
