You can access your unit 365 days a year. A personalized restricted key-​code is assigned to each tenant for additional security. Our indoor unit sizes range from 5×5 to 10×30. We also offer boxes and packing supplies in our front office. LITH has climate controlled and outdoor parking as well.

Surveillance cameras monitor 24 hours a day with perimeter fencing that closes at 10pm and reopens at 5am daily. Sole key holder policies ensure you are the only person with a key to your unit.

Our firm was established by John H. Fuhler, as a residential brokerage firm. Over time we have become a commercial leasing, developing and managing real estate company. The Fuhler family has been in McHenry County since 1956 and grown up with the area.
