I come here every time I visit my parents. At least 3 times a year for the past 8 years. I’ve never had a bad food or bad service experience. Are they super fast? No, but that’s because they make your food when you order it. I get hot fresh chicken. The place is clean and the workers are very friendly. I’m not sure why it’s getting such bad reviews.
If you want fast crappy food go to McDonald’s next door. Otherwise have a little patience and get good chicken.
Ps ordering inside IS faster than the drive-​thru.
