Poor service I ordered an appetizer and didn’t receive it until the meal was served. Smoke from the grill was blowing on our face and we got a good dousing of pepper The shrimp was over cooked and like rubber and the steak was well done and not medium. When I said something I got lip from the so called chef. Not a good dining experience. Look elsewhere.

Disappointed. Ordered the Manhattan sushi roll, ended up tasting pre-made and the manager was very rude!

Had a late lunch/early supper here on a Saturday afternoon. Have eaten here several times before and always find it consistently good. Not crowded so not wait to be seated. Food was delivered quickly. Not much showmanship from the cook but given the time a day, not a big deal. My steak was cooked perfectly but the pieces are too large — either need to cut them up smaller or give the customer a knife. Shrimp appetizer came at the end after the entrees were already done which was kind of strange. Food was tasty but vegetables were a bit disappointing — we ordered an extra serving for my Mom and she ended up with the last scrapings after everyone else got theirs. Single vegetable servings themselves were pretty meager to begin with. Aside from this the rest of the meal was quite good. The waiter could have come around for refills and clearing used plates more often. All and all though, enjoyable and we will return.

My family and I frequently order take out or dine at a table. Usually we order sushi(great if you prefer spicy rolls) and the sushi is always good. Today my daughter asked to visit the restaurant for her birthday and she wanted to sit at the hibachi grill. I will never do that again. The chef tried being funny, but really was just rude. As an added bonus our food was partially burnt. We were served rice so burned that it could not be chewed. The vegetables and protein were not seasoned at all. Overall it was a bad experience and I hate that I wasted part of my daughters birthday on a substandard experience.

The worse experience of my life. I love sushi but never in my life have I had food poisoning. Me, my cousin, and my little sister got food poisoning the night before last from the sushi and the rice. DONOTEATHERE!!! Your stomach and body will regret it.

Fried rice was not good. The sushi was okay but the rice was crunchy. Maybe we hit them on a bad day or bad time. Portions were very hearty. A bit pricey but I expected to pay but expected good to match the price!

I will never go back here again. The waiter was very nice but after leaving work and stopping here to have dinner with my daughter, we found someone hair in my plate. The manager never apologize the manager just charge us for our 1 drink and sushi rolls.

My husband and I have eaten at the hibachi grill here for three meals. The food was good, although on two of the visits our drinking glasses were left empty for far too long. We could tell that each chef was at a different level of experience. We generally went earlier in the evening and never had a long wait. My general complaint of hibachi was also true here. The bite sizes of steak or chicken are just too large, and it’s not like they offer any type of knife on the table. The parking lot has a little quirk to it, not sure what that is about.

Food was excellent and plentiful. Our server, Chris, was very polite, kept our drinks full, and was very knowledgeable of the menu to help us fully enjoy our first experience here. Our hibachi chef, Delphino, was funny, personable, and did a fantastic job with the food. Highly recommend this place for dates, dinner out with friends, or just a family meal.

Sushi was meh. The atmosphere was the best part. The fried rice was good, I guess. It wasn’t worth the price.

First time going. Food was wonderful i had sushi and the chicken&shrimp habachi both were to die for. Cook was on his 2nd day of working you couldn’t even tell he was new. Staff was nice and the price was definitely reasonable.

Yummy! I ordered the fried rice and chicken and it was amazing. Best fried rice that I have had in years. Service was nice and fast. Very clean and upscale environment. Would be great for a date night.

This is our Friday date nights. We love sushi and this is the best we have found in the area. They have a huge selection to choose from. Great place for a group or just a quiet date.

We called at 6pm for a party of 8 and were told no reservation was needed, but upon arrival at 6:30 were told they had a 40 minute wait. This is a nice restaurant but needs better staff working the phone and front.

I have been going here for years but the service has declined with each visit. I have eaten at the hibachi area but usually go for sushi. Last time was probably my last. Rolls fell apart too easily. Abnormally large rolls that no one could get in their mouth. Subpar ingredients. Atmosphere is drab. Will behave to search for another local sushi spot.

I’ve been coming here since 2011 and it’s a reason I keep coming back. I rarely give a Unilocal review(my last was in 2013) but after today’s dinner… I just HAVE to! Service is always amazing. Staff is very friendly, sushi chef is always greeting you. I love it! The sushi is DELICIOUS! The best I’ve ever had south of Atlanta. This is my go to spot when I’m too lazy to drive to the city. But don’t get it twisted, the quality is right up there with the big timers. We sat in the dining room area and I did take notice that there was only one sushi chef, and another who seemed to be training & just looking on. Being in the service industry myself, I completely understand. Our food did take awhile to come out but that was fine. Our server checked on us often to see of we needed anything. The prices are what took a star away. I’ve been to lots of sushi restaurants and feel like this place is a little overpriced. Don’t get me wrong, the sushi is great… but I can get the same roll, same quality, for half the price. Still a great restaurant nonetheless!

The best fried rice I have ever had in all of my 32 years! They cook everything just right. The yuki special drink is amazing!

I usually only go to Yuki at lunch because my favorite sushi joint isn’t open til dinner but I have had dinner here as well so I will give my 10 cents on both. They have pretty good lunch specials… for both sushi and hibachi. I usually eat sushi and wakame so that’s really all I can comment on for lunch. The sushi tastes fresh and the rolls are a really good size. The wakame isn’t too oily and fresh as well. Usually never disappointed at lunch time. Dinner… different story. Most of my dinner experience has been Hibachi so I will comment on that. The house soup is really bad. extremely salty and mostly only broth. The miso is a little better but still very salty. The portions for the main course are fair but a bit skimpy that what I’m used to. But heck, I never can eat it all anyway so I shouldn’t complain. You can get rice or noodles as a side. Stick to the rice. All in all, I think it is a bit pricey for the quality and quantity.

We dined in at hibachi and despite having our seats mixed up with the other people at the table our server politely apologized and cleared up the misunderstanding between everyone. The overall experience was great. The show was fun and the food was good. I’ve had better hibachi food but this was okay the reason I say so is I still could taste the burntness from the grill on my food. I also got a sushi roll I can’t quite remember the name but I do remember it tasted great! I love the sushi here at yuki’s it has a very fresh quality to it so you know you’re paying your monies worth!
