Richard L. Thomas, owner and operator of Thomas Electrical Contractors, has practiced electrical work for over 9 years. He has worked through the Atlanta area with focuses south of the perimeter. He is licensed by the Georgia Secretary of State Construction Industry Licensing Board as a non-​restricted electrician and certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as being knowledgeable of worksite safety.

Owner Richard L. Thomas has seen firsthand the sacrifice of safety and code in the electrical field and refuses to stand by this ignorance.
