Sunbrook Academy at Luella

While looking for a day care for my child, I stopped here because of the reviews. The learning may be great; however the customer service portrayed by the 3 front door staff representatives was Deplorable. The Caucasian lady with short brunette hair was the absolute worst. She refused to assist me & would not answer any questions. She came off as being prejudice & I felt uncomfortable about the entire daycare prospect. I would ask anyone to exercise Caution if leaving your child here. Many small children can not speak up for themselves if mistreated. It’s difficult enough to trust a stranger with your children; however, this experience was down right frightening, and I didn’t even get past the front desk. I Can Not Recommend this school. Deep in my spirit, it felt just wrong… Hopefully, the ladies at the front desk, especially the brunette one, does not represent the treatment of the children in their care; however, I Can Not take that chance with my child’s life.
