I also had a bad experience. I placed my order online on ¹⁰⁄₃₁ and didn’t receive my order until about a week ago. That’s over a month!!! Also the mahogany case that came with it was damaged. I reported this the same day I received the package using their website and have not gotten any response. I searched their entire website but not one phone number is listed and they obviously do not reply to emails or even bother to open emails.

. If I had known this earlier, I would never have bothered to order from this place. They have absolutely no customer service and orders take several weeks. Would have given this place a zero star rating but Unilocal doesn’t allow it. Avoid ordering from this place at all cost. You’ll be glad you did.

Horrible customer service. I ordered about 2 weeks ago poker chips, a few decks of cards and a poker case. Never recieved a confirmation email saying my order went thru. About a week later I get a small box with the chips I ordered. I emailed them atleast 3x over a week every couple of days asking about the other half of my order. I Did not receive any response about the rest of my order. Going to call my credit card company after getting no response from this company. Beware and shop elsewhere.
