If I could give a zero, I would for how we were just treated with such disregard so quickly in this place! We have them a good bit of cash in December and we were about to give them more until this, but we walked out instead. They said they’d call us, but they haven’t. To say I’m upset with how we were treated would be an understatement! My husband and I went in this store on Dec. 29, 2015. We purchased an iPhone 6 with a Lifeproof case since I have a 2 year old and stuff happens. We took turns watching our daughter while the other talked to the sales associate, Kevin W. Kevin put the phone cover on while my husband was chasing our 2 year old and I didn’t watch the whole process as we had to back up my phone and I was dealing with that. I didn’t get much description on the Lifeproof case and didn’t realize I had to use an adapter cord to use my headphone jack. I didn’t realize what a piece the Lifeproof case was. I have had every person I’ve talked to have problems hearing me on my phone when the case was on. Save yourself some money and headache and go on Amazon to get your case as its way cheaper and you’ll get honest reviews as opposed to the lies that came from the manager of this place. You’ll also have a better return policy should you run into the same issue with a bad case. We went back to this store Jan. 22, 2016 and their sales associate just told me he had heard complaints about this case, but the manager denied they ever had any when we tried to return 25 days after purchase to simply exchange the Lifeproof case for an otter box. My phone is fine! It was only a $ 10 difference in price as we get a corporate discount. The initial sales associate told us we had 14 days to return our two LG tablets and 30 days on everything else. When we came back in on Jan. 22, 2016, I thought we were well within the time frame of return based upon what Kevin told us. But they told us on this visit that I was told it had to be within 14 days. I said that the associate didn’t say that and I would’ve been back sooner had I thought I had more time. I explained I was in Decatur burying my grandmother when I realized I needed to return it. I was up there the from 1÷6÷16−1÷11÷16 helping set the arrangements. The male manager, Ramiro, simply ignored us. They then sent a female manager(Nahira or something?) came out and talked over us when we tried to talk. I called AT&T customer service on my phone while in the store and the rep confirmed my phone cut out at least 10 times and talked to the sales associate to assure him I wasn’t lying. Ugh. Nothing is worse than being treated like you are lying when you are not. We read the back of our receipt and saw that the return was 14 days for regular sales, but you have 30 days with a corporate account. We don’t have a corporate account, but we do get a corporate discount and it was displayed on our receipt. She said if we had the account with the tax I.d., they could return it still, but otherwise we could only swap my current Lifeproof case for the exact same case. The iPhone 6 has background noise suppression. We believe there’s an issue with the Lifeproof case and how it interacts with the phones microphone. So when i call people, my phone mutes my phone because my voice is apparently echoing in the case and the phone confuses that as background noise. My IT husband believes it’s a design flaw. We have taken the case off of the phone and had no problem. So the lady manager acknowledged our corporate discount as possibly confusing the associate and causing him to tell us we had 30 days to return the phone and it’s case because of that. She said they’d call after talking to him and her DM, but I’ve heard from no one. We gave these people a lot of money over the holidays and we were about to buy another phone for our son there, but we just left it and we’ll never go back. We’ll order directly from AT&T online from now on.

Had to sign up for new internet service and I was dreading it because it’s usually been a pain & nothing but a run around. This time it ended up being a very good experience. Matthew went above & beyond to help me out, everything from changing my address, looking for discounts and asking if there was anything else I needed. When i’m in the area & need help with AT&T i’ll be sure to look him up.
