Fuel islands always have 20 to 25 minute wait and diesel fuel all over the ground go to speedway 2 miles down the road fuel is cheaper and no wait

ACTUALLY, THIS CENTER REALLY IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!
This center is super nice and has everything you could possibly need while traveling. The toilets are nice and clean. They have shower rooms which have showers, sinks and toilets and not just stalls. They have a Subway and a McDonald’s restaurant available. If you need a quick bite, they have hotdogs, sandwiches and various snacks available.
Oops, forgot those souvenirs?! No problem, the t-​shirts here are super affordable, ($ 12.99) and the hoodies were only around $ 25. They had a great selection of Tennessee tees in various colors that were 50% off, so we stocked up. Afterwards, we were able to self check and it was smooth sailing.
Oh it gets better because we were able to fill up our van for the low low price of $ 1.85. WINNING!

Nice rest stop, getting fuel, and something to snack on. Clean restrooms.
They have a Subway and a McDonalds.
They have the cheapest gas here.
Would highly recommend.

Cheap gas BUT we were unable to type our cards PIN number in to run our card for gas at the pump because the number pad had several number buttons that didn’t work. Because of that I had to go in have the attendant run a hold on my card for $ 50 and then come back in to have her run it again for the actual amount I pumped ($ 25). When she was running my card for the second time she said «Now keep an eye on these charges because sometimes they just run both and don’t put the $ 50 back on your card».
So because the owners of this station are keeping this place in poor working order I could potentially be charged $ 50 more than what I actually pumped!
I recommend stopping at the other station you have to pass to get to this one even if the gas is more!

This Pilot location is one of the fanciest (it’s newer) spots I’ve been too. I can see why it’s pretty busy.
–Easy access to get in and out of (right off the exit)
–Plenty of parking if you want to go inside the convenient store or stretch your legs.
–Clean restrooms
–Fast check out and friendly staff
–Convenient store has great selection of snacks, alcohol, necessities, etc.
–Coffee is fresh (seasonal-​they have the pumpkins spice coffee, too).
–Gas is cheaper (currently, I was able to gas for only $ 2.43 a gallon).
I really like this location (Cleveland, TN area).
There is also a Subway and McDonalds (drive thru for McDonalds) connected next to the Convenient store. Very clean.
I already bookmarked and will come to this gas station more often when I travel.
Plus sign up for their rewards card, it is worth it (free).

Showers were clean and nice. Fuel pumps worked great. Windshield washer at pump actually had soap in it and parking was available. Store was clean and staff was friendly.

Truck stop for truckers. But there are a couple restaurants here that you can eat at too. There are plenty of gas pumps and big bathrooms with lots of stalls. You can also take a shower here too, There fountain drinks are at a reasonable price.

Two stars for cheap gas. Minus 3 stars for the slowest gas pumps I’ve ever seen. Always slow.
How does a new station with new everything run so slow. I took a nap in my car waiting on it to fill.

The people need to star working.
