Cooper Tire at Geist, LLC opened in August 2010. We are conveniently located to serve the residents of Fishers, McCordsville, Pendleton, Fortville, Noblesville and Lawrence. We take great pride in our customer service experiences, offering dealership quality work at affordable prices.

Our staff is top notch and includes ASE Master Certified Technicians. We offer state of the art equipment, competitive pricing and of course 100% customer satisfaction. The services we offer include tire install and repair, oil changes, alignment, brakes and air conditioning even transmission and engine replacement. We also perform recommended maintenance to all vehicles.

We’d been taking our vehicles to Cooper Tire for oil changes for awhile, so when our car broke down last July, we took it there for repairs. They replaced the starter and mass air flow sensor, and the car seemed great for about three months. Then it died again. We drove it to the closest repair shop, and they said the mass air flow sensor needed replaced. We told them we had just gotten a new one a few months back, and they showed my husband that the part we received (and were charged for) was not new at all! A couple of months after that, the car died yet again, so we towed it back to Cooper where they replaced the starter (again!). It was under warranty, so we didn’t have to pay for it. However, it seems more than a coincidence that both parts replaced by Cooper Tire last July went bad within six months. I will no longer trust them with my vehicles.

Thanks to Cooper Tire Geist, I was not told to replace an alternator that the AAA technician told me was needed. They were honest and did a compete evaluation of the charging and starting systems even though they received no compensation. Shepard and Stephanie were very flexible and professional in an awkward situation with AAA. I am new to the area, and thanks to the great service, they have won over my loyalty.

A friend recommended Cooper Tire at Geist to me about a year ago and since then I have not gone anywhere else for repairs or tires for any of my five vehicles. They don’t only do tires, they basically do any kind of repairs. Shepard is one of the managers out there. He will always give you the straight story and advise what the best fix is for you at the best cost. One of those places where they know that if they treat you right they will be much more successful than if they stuck it to you. They are always busy but somehow always seem to work me in. I have never had an excessive wait and their pricing is very reasonable. Every friend I have sent there says the same thing. I am not in any way related to anyone there, I was just very pleased to find a place like this so close to home.
