McCook Cold Storage is a state of the art warehouse facility. It is 150,000 square feet and houses 20,000 pallet positions. We sit on 14 acres of land, have 26 dock doors, and have parking spots for 35 trucks. We are located near four major expressways in the Chicagoland area.

We specialize in freezing, blast freezing, case picking, custom trace-​ability, allergen control, and special handling. Our new WMS system has greatly improved our office and warehouse performance. We are also AIB certified.

McCook Cold Storage opened its doors in 2006 and since used its countless years of warehousing and logistics experience to offer our customers the finest experience possible. Run with the simple idea in mind that extravagances cause inefficiencies, the business model remains simple: offer the customer a quality service, with quality people, at a competitive rate.

Business Owner

Tony Kucharski began his career in the warehousing and logistics industry as a teenager at his father’s company. He worked in almost every position you could think of. It was only fitting that he built McCook Cold Storage from the ground up and is the President of the company. After a few years of leading McCook and really getting to know our customers’ needs and wants, Tony decided to open the transportation division, MCS Logistics, to accommodate customers even better. Even with so many years of experience in both warehousing and transportation, Tony is always looking for better and innovative ways to service the frozen food industry.
