This candy shop has got what you need! So much candy. It has a very old fashion feeling about it.

Super cute authentic candy store in a sweet little town. However, I’ve been here many times throughout the year and the shopkeeper is never behind the counter. I think the place is actually in combination with the merchantile so if you want candy you have to go ask over there for service. And with each passing year and the poor economy the place offers less and less ever time I’m in there. Go if you’re in town. I mean you will for sure because it’s one of only 3 – 4 shops around but don’t go out of your way.

This store is amazing for any one who has ever been a kid! It hit home for us because we felt that this is what Honeydukes looked like in Harry Potter. They have candy that I have not seen since I was a kid, plus lots of home-made chocolates and goodies. In back of the candy store there’s an old-fashion soda fountain where they make amazing, thick shakes. Definitely it feels like stepping back in time.

Wow — what a selection! Decided to stop in while my wife was napping(bad idea!) and had to buy a «few» things. Cordials, licorice, a little chocolate — yum! 30 different kinds of licorice, with a shop keeper all-to-willing to give out samples. Attached is a café of sorts, with all kinds of gourmet sodas, ice creams, and other goodies. I think they serve«real food» as well but didn’t dig into that much. If you’re in McCloud — stop by. You won’t be disappointed.
