We specialize in speed, strength, and conditioning for, not only athletes, but for all people. Our clients range from college and high school athletes to lawyers and teachers. Strength and conditioning training is great for gaining muscle, toning up, and losing fat. In addition to speed, strength and conditioning training we also offer nutritional and supplemental guidance.

History

Established in 2013.

We are a new LLC specializing in speed, strength, and conditioning training. Although the company is new I have over 19 years experience as a personal trainer and 10 years experience as a strength coach.

Business Owner

I believe it is important to live and practice what you tell others to do, daily. I personally started weight training at a young age and have been at it for 25 years. I have been personal trainer 19 of those 25 years. This gives me experience. During this time I have had the opportunity to play rugby for 17 years in which we won a state championship and competed in national playoffs for 4 years. This gives me insight into how an athlete thinks. I have also competed in bodybuilding for many years. During this time i learned a lot about nutrition and supplementation. I have competed in bodybuilding at the state and national qualifier level. Weight training, nutrition, and sports isn’t just something I teach, It’s something I do!
