Rainbow Play Systems

I went in to wet test a hot tub, with full intention of buying one.
First, their ‘testing’ tub is set up outside right on a busy street, who wants to test a tub next to traffic? Yuck!
Second, they have one set up inside, but they don’t want you to get in. Why would you have one set up and not let customers use it? Seriously?!
And finally, the last straw, I asked since we couldn’t use the one inside and the one outside didn’t have the jets I wanted, could they set up the one I wanted to buy? The answer was NO, not going to happen. I couldn’t believe it. I was willing to drive back another day (it takes a while to set them up) but the manager didn’t want my business. He wouldn’t even consider it. I truly haven’t been that upset in a long time. It wasn’t just that they wouldn’t set it up, but his demeanor was simply ugly. It was obvious that they did not want to sell me anything. He was very rude, I couldn’t get out of their fast enough. I haven’t been treated that bad by a salesperson in a long time. In fact, I don’t think I have ever been treated that badly by a salesperson. He made me feel… bad, like I was an idiot for thinking I could buy something from him.
So I went to the other hot tub dealer in town and bought one of theirs.
