It might be a chain, but it is one of our favorites. There are always people here, but hardly ever crowded. The food is very good, definitely the best chain Italian restaurant in the area. Please come here instead of Olive Garden. They have seasonal options and have avoid variety of classic and modern Italian dishes. We have also enjoyed the weekend brunch menu with $ 2 mimosas and $ 2 bloody Mary’s. The food quality is very consistent and very good. They have very good gluten free options. Also on the positive side there is very little server turnover so you can have a regular server who knows you and gives you personalized attention. There are a couple of waiters who are really not very good, but I won’t name them here. However, the others are very attentive and know their customers. Once you know someone you like just ask for them every time. We like the baked prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer. Their kids menu is great and our son loves it!

Coworkers and I went in, the hosts were very friendly and greeted us. Once we sat down, the server brought us our food and never came back. No one bother to refill our drinks, we had to constantly get up to ask the host for stuff. When we received our meal our chicken was cold, as to the pasta was okay, not that bad… Would not return to this place ever again. I usually leave a good tip for the server but since no one attended us(literally I even asked«who’s our server?» And they had no answer for us), so in the end, left no tip, reported the horrible server to the manager and now leaving a bad review. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone.

I will not return. Upon arrival at the restaurant there was no wait. We were seated in the same booth we have sat in all 10 other times we’ve eaten here. The food was fine however the waitress could have stopped back. We would have liked more bread but she never came because we sat there waiting waiting and waiting for someone to check on us. The total with beverages was $ 100. We presented the coupon however she returned and said it was not accepted at this location and sure enough there it was small print this location(the only location in The continental United States) would not accept the coupon. This location and all macaroni grill locations has lost my business forever due to this location not accepting this coupon. This coupon is the only reason why I even entertained eating at macaroni Grill. We will not return to this or any other location, The manager did come tell is the coupon would not be accepted. The manager did not come explain to is why this location does not accept the coupon nor did the manager even offer to give is one of our deserts for free etc. It is poor customer service. Good luck if you decide to eat here.

the food here is better than olive garden. i love those artichoke cakes but depending on the location, this one for example, they have stated that this appetizer had been discontinued.(does anyone else have info about that?) the service is usually pretty decent, the young gentlemen who have served us have been very helpful and proper. i enjoy this location.

BESTITALIANINMCALLEN. i Tried before Johny Carinos and Olive Garden but I think this one outstands them in food quality, service and ambience.

Honestly I think the food is better at Olive Garden, which is probably why it is always a long wait there and here there were plenty of empty seats on a Friday night. The atmosphere is nice and romantic. Service was very good. They had meal specials for salad, entrée, and dessert for $ 12. If only their food was better.
