At A Perfect Smile Orthodontics, our mission is to provide the highest quality orthodontic care for our patients and ensure every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience every time they visit our practice. Dr. David Taylor is Board Certified Orthodontist and RGV’s Premier Invisalign Provider who treats his patients with the latest technologies in orthodontic treatment.

An Orthodontist is a Specialist Dentist who is uniquely qualified in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of orthodontic problems. They dedicate their professional lives to creating healthy, beautiful smiles in children, teens and adults because they believe that well-​aligned teeth are more than attractive: after all, they make it possible to bite, chew and speak effectively!

Orthodontic treatment is part of a comprehensive oral health plan, and Dr. Taylor and his staff of trained Orthodontic Assistants make having braces and Invisalign fun, easy, and affordable.

A Perfect Smile Orthodontics is owned and operated by Dr. David Taylor DDS MS, Board Certified Orthodontist. Dr. Taylor and his team of highly trained Orthodontist Assistants have changed the lives of many in our community by helping them to achieve beautiful, healthy smiles that will last a lifetime.

Business Owner

Dr. Taylor is a Board Certified Orthodontic Specialist. He diagnoses and completes all treatment, which ensures superior results and continuity of care.

Originally from Toronto, Ontario Canada, Dr. Taylor completed his DDS at the University of Western Ontario and his Master of Science in Orthodontics at Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. He is dedicated to providing our community with outstanding dental care and is an active member of the Rio Grande Valley Dental Society, the Texas Dental Society, Dentists Who Care, The American Association of Orthodontists, the Academy of General Dentists and the American Board of Orthodontists. The Taylor family moved to the Rio Grande Valley in 2010 and they love the beautiful weather and the friendly community. Dr. and Mrs. Taylor welcomed their first child in 2012.

In his spare time, Dr. Taylor enjoys traveling, fishing, snowboarding, wake-​boarding, playing rugby, working out and listening to music.
