Sometimes there are challenges in our lives that keep us from being and feeling our best. Whatever challenges you may be facing should be addressed and corrected.

We would like to help. Working with a professional creates the best environment for treating any problem and assures you of the best possible outcome.

We treat you as an individual and want you to get the very best professional help. We work with severe and chronic problems as well as problems requiring only brief counseling. We will give you an opportunity to explain your challenges and give you the tools to enjoy life again.

You Can Be Happy Again.

History

Established in 2005.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oklahoma since 2003, and a Nationally Certified Counseling (NCC) since 2001. I obtained a bachelors degree in Theology from Criswell College in Dallas, Texas in 1990. I completed my Master’s Degree in counseling at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 1999. In 2002 I moved back to my hometown of McAlester, Oklahoma. I worked as Counselor-Spiritual Care Coordinator for Hospice. In January 2005, I opened a private practice where I provide confidential counseling to adults and children. In 2013 we expanded to a Mental Health Clinic, adding therapists specializing in couples, family, and group counseling.

Our office is private, quiet, handicap accessible, and provides a relaxed, comfortable environment. We strive daily to provide our patients with caring, respect, honesty, integrity and empathy, helping them reach their goals, overcome life’s challenges, and live a happier, more fulfilled life.
