Dr. Motishari and her staff are great. She’s been my OB/​GYN since I first had to see one, and has been extremely kind and personable all these years. She took great time to explain all my birth control options to me and answered my questions with her honest opinions. I’ve really appreciated her being so forthcoming, friendly, and patient.

She misdiagnosed me and was very rude to me during my visit. She did not display any professionalism and made me regret my visit. She is not knowledgable in this field at all.

I really like this gynecologist clinic! I had to move further away unfortunately and switched clinics. I would continue coming here if they were open on weekends.

Dr. Motesharrei is by far one of the kindest and most caring health care professionals I have encountered. I have had nothing but an exceptional experience as her patient. Her staff is incredibly caring — her nurse (Teresa) is always comforting, kind, and very informative. When I call to ask particular questions, they are always quick to respond to my needs. Countless times Dr. Motesharrei has made time for me to come in even if I need immediate care. She takes her time when I am in her office and makes me feel as though I am her sole concern when she spends time during my office visits! She is VERY gentle when performing procedures and goes in depth to explain each procedure she is doing. She also strongly believes in preventive measures and always sits down with me to explain even the most basic and routine test results, which I greatly appreciate. I feel completely at ease in the care of her and her staff and have recommended her to several of my friends and colleagues, who have all had the same experience in her office. I will continue to highly recommend her to others.

Some small complaints, big one is she lied to me about fertility test. Twice. And messed up the billing. Twice (four times if you count my husband). And then she was hacked and my information was stolen.
Until recently, I only went to Dr. Motesharrei for my annual check-​up and to get birth control. She rushed through this, but that’s what I wanted too so I didn’t mind. I often waited a bit too, but hey, that can happen at a doctor’s office, right? However, when I actually sought real care, the car didn’t happen, i was lied to, there were serious billing headaches, and my health and personal data was stolen.
Recently, I went to Dr. Motesharrei to get both preconception genetic testing AND a fertility test. I specifically requested the fertility test. She agreed and I saw her make a note.
When we got the genetic test results, she was unable to explain them. She could read the print-​out, but not explain the tests themselves or what they mean. She was again rushed and brushed aside our questions. Since she didn’t tell us the results of the fertility test, I asked again. She waved her hand in the air and said «oh you’re fine.»
I didn’t like this, but since she didn’t seem to understand the genetics either, I resolved to take my results to someone else who did know and who would take the time to discuss them with me. I requested a copy. It did come in the mail, but only the genetics results.
When I did go to a different doctor with more time for her patients, I learned that there was no way for Dr. Motesharrei to have ever given me the fertility test that I requested and she pretended that I received. It can only be done on a few specific days of the month, and when the patient is not taking birth control. None of this was ever discussed. I was lied to when I requested the test, and then brushed off on the second visit when I asked for the results. There were multiple occasions to say «you can’t have the fertility test, here is what you need to do to get it,» or to say «we never gave you the fertility request that you requested,» but Dr. Motesharrei instead pretended that it happened and tried to brush me of (!!)
On top of this deal breaker, there is a man who works in the front office who is not good with records. I guess that he is a relative. There is another employee, Theresa, who is good with paperwork. She called me to say that the office had accidentally «mixed up» the billing and that we would receive a bill from the genetic testing service. She asked that when we get the bill, we send it to the office. We did get the bills (for four thousand dollars!!!). I called the office, got the confused man who had no idea what I was talking about and tried to argue with me that I should pay it myself. He at least gave me the fax number, so I faxed in the bills, and called the capable Theresa who agreed to handle them.
Theresa also said that there was a co-​pay of about 150 each for my husband and me, but that the company had agreed to waive it. We got bills for that too. I again called the office, got the same obstructionist man who didn’t know what i was talking about, but then reached Theresa, who fixed it.
Then my husband and I got letters that Dr. Motesharrei had been hacked, our private data stolen and offering to sign us up for a credit monitoring service.
So all in all its been a suck of time and stress. I changed doctors to someone who begins each visit with a chat in her office about what interests and concerns her patient, and takes the time to actually explain and deliver what is needed. It is a refreshing experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Motesharrei’s for over 10 years. I could not have asked for a better doctor. She truly cares for my health and well being as well as well being of a large number of patients I have referred to her. She takes time to explain in detail each procedure and diagnosis to me, and is extremely thorough which puts me at ease. I highly recommend her and will continue to refer friends and family to her practice.

This doctor has the absolute worst bedside manner. She is rude, unpleasant and uncaring. It was no wonder I was able to get an appointment with her right away and wait 4 – 5 weeks for other doctors.

My gynecologist recommended three doctors to me when I got pregnant. I opted to visit Dr Motesharrei after reading raving reviews about her. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude, unkind and overall cold. She did not introduce herself when she met me nor did she smile. If I’m going to be seeing a doctor for the next nine months and delivering my first child with her, I would like her to be at least somewhat pleasant and kind. She was far from. Stay away!
After visiting her office, I am certain the other reviews were all fake.

Dr. Motesharrei and her staff provide advanced medical care with a personal touch. During my pregnancy, Dr. Motesharrei and her nurse Teresa were always available to answer my questions and ease any concerns that I had. They offered the most up to date testing options available. They also worked with my other medical providers to ensure that all of my test results were shared and to manage my care in a cooperative fashion. The practice is intimate, enabling Dr. Motesharrei to get to know each of her patients and their families. As a sole practitioner, I appreciated the assurance that she would be the doctor that delivered my baby. I knew that both my child and I would be in competent hands.
The excellence in service continued through my delivery and post partum care. Following the birth of our second child, Dr. Motesharrei took the time to personally visit with our four year old daughter and ease her anxieties about welcoming a new baby into our family. She also made sure that I fully recovered and was feeling my best, including offering me a full spectrum of birth control options. I would highly recommend Dr. Motesharrei to anyone looking for compassionate, cutting edge care.

I have a couple of friends who go to Dr. Bita and highly recommended her for me. Her bedside manner was absolutely courteous, professional, and comforting. I never once felt uncomfortable or rushed, which is hard to find in a doctors office these days.
Not to mention how fabulous she was, her receptionist, Reza, and her nurse were also polite and friendly. Checking in and out with them was painless and fast. Reza took special care in communicating with my insurance company to be sure nothing was out of line. I appreciated him going out of the way for me and my wallet!
All in all, I would definitely recommend her practice to anyone in need of care. Her office was clean, staff was friendly, and Dr. Bita is thorough and professional.
I don’t think I’ve had such a pleasant experience in a doctors office in so many years — it was quite refreshing!

This is a year long overdue review. I was so uncomfortable with visiting this practice. UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. First off, the front desk lady and the nurse were a joy. The front desk lady made me feel comfortable in my first visit to a gynecologist, explained what comes with my visit and all my insurance stuff. The nurse was so kind and made me feel welcome. What I did not like was the bickering in the room next door. I could hear my doctor and a man arguing about something and things being thrown around the room. At first, I did not know who it was until I heard the doctor come out of her room and than, yell at someone in the hall (perhaps the nurse). As a professional, she does not need to be yelling at her co-​workers. She was informative and helped me with the problem but she gave off a «know it all» attitude and made me feel so bad about myself.

Dr. Bita is AMAZING! She has been my gyno for 9 years and delivered my only child. She is easy to talk to, pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, to the point, and always smiling! I feel comfortable talking to her about anything. And nurse Theresa is the BEST! She has worked with Dr. Bita for many years and does a fabulous job supporting her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor!

The doctor herself was somewhat kind and informative, but getting her staff to cooperate with you is like pulling teeth! Three times now I’ve given them another doctor’s information so they could fax over some documents, but they still have not and never told me that they did not. More, the staff did not inform me that I would be going in for a consultation rather than a procedure. Not an impressive practice.

Horrible experience! She is rude and unprofessional. Her staff is lazy and they do not do what they say they will unless you call a half dozen time to remind them. We fired her 5 months into the pregnancy
