I have been banking with M and T for years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone in the Leesburg, Virginia branch. However, I work in McLean. On two separate occasions I needed to bank at this McLean location. Both times the employees were rude and nosey. They seemed bothered that I was even there. On my first visit, the teller asked me who my check was from and why they were giving me «so much money.» The second time the notary asked to read the document that I needed notarized. This is completely unnecessary. I will NOT be returning to this branch ever again.

The bank is centrally located in Mclean. The staff is as professional as it gets and the service level is the highest. When you bank here, it feels like you are family and that is the way a local branch should be. You will not be disappointed dealing with this branch. They also have great service offerings.
